Jeff is a software craftsperson and coach for Pillar Technologies. His work is focused on the interface between engineering practices and sometimes-overlooked "soft skills". His passion for helping others and developing talent has lead him to contribute to AgileSkillsProject.org, facilitate several Day in the Life of Agile classes, co-facilitate a number of CodeRetreats, and participate in several weekends of "Coding in the Clink" at Marion Correctional Institute in Ohio.
