The problem is often a result of our amazing, imperfect brains, and how we think. We have biases that we may or may not be aware of. Come learn why we tend to “anchor” on estimates. Explore the reason that most people feel smarter than average. Are smarter people less prone to bias than their dullard colleagues? Join this session to explore cognitive biases and what you can do about them.
