CAN WE encourage risk taking, learning, and innovation BY working with a different kind of backlog? This will be a conversation about how a backlog of hypotheses may help your team to take more risks, learn more, and innovate in ways that many struggle to achieve today. We’ll also look at the pitfalls of this approach. It may (not) work for your team’s daily work, but that doesn’t mean your team should never use it.
