11/12ths of our work isn't copy/paste, nor is it typing. 11/12th of our work is thinking, learning, making decisions, discovering rules and facts we didn't know, making mistakes and learning from them, reading code, guessing and confirming or refuting. The future lies in the hands of the people who learn how to manage people whose work is not motion, but decision-making.
