I believe most people don't know their real limits. As coach, leader, or teammate, I always try to create the opportunities people need in order to discover the potential they never knew they had.

As to technology, I love how it can free people to apply their minds to new problems, rather than leaving us bound to doing the same monotonous work. That's true for general software and most clients. It's also true for the impact of DevOps on software engineers.
