I have been involved in all areas of software development from development to strategy planning with Ford Motor Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield and AAA (both ACG and AAALife). I have had the opportunity to experience how Agile can transform the relationship between IT and the business teams as well as drive excitement and productivity on the IT side. I have led the implementation of a project management department supporting the agile methodology at AAALife.
