Dr. Satish Thatte is an Agile/Lean Coach with over 30 years of industry experience, covering 15 years of software development and management at Texas Instruments, Bellcore and LG Electronics, 7 years as VP of Engineering at several companies practicing agile methods, and 7 years of agile coaching and consulting engagements with over 70 clients. He has worked as Agile/Lean Coach at VersionOne for 4 years and at New Synergy Group for 3 years. He obtained his MS and PhD degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

His expertise is in agile transformation, scaling up agile methods, application of agile-lean methods, and getting business results from agile-lean methods. He has been a speaker at a number of organizations and events: Agile 2015, Agile Development Conference East 2015, Agile and Beyond 2016, TriAgile 2016, NYC Scrum, NY SPIN, NJ SPIN, Philly SPIN and AgilePaloozas.
